Abrasiflex is now stocking a range of 3M Scotchbrite and 366L Micron graded discs for dry sanding Acrylic or Polyester solid surfaces. The range can now finish to a Matte, Semi- Gloss or High Gloss Finish. The discs are available in 150mm for the random orbital sanders and 286mm for the GEM sander. Abrasiflex acquires MAGNETIC ABRASIVES
We are pleased to announce that on the14th November 2008 Abrasiflex Pty. Ltd. completed the 100% acquisition of Magnetic Abrasives Pty. Ltd.

Magnetic Abrasives has been converting specialty abrasive products in Melbourne for 45 years. This acquisition will combine the skills and experience and Melbourne converting facility of Magnetic Abrasives with the national logistics and purchasing capabilities of Abrasiflex and will put us in a stronger position to service the Victorian and Tasmanian markets.

Mr. Paul Freeman (Managing Director of Magnetic Abrasives) will continue in the business as our Production & Technical Manager (Victoria), as will the production and sales staff of Magnetic Abrasives.

As part of the expansion of the Melbourne Branch and to accommodate the conversion facilities of Magnetic Abrasives we have relocated to:
